last 2 week~ we were busy preparing and practice for out concert yday!! practice evry nite frm 630 - 9pm! our own AG student and st joe band stdnt!

till thur-sat morning we practice at MBKS audi~~ we gt alot of exiting show~~ and performance. It a great show~~ and this is my 1st time i realy enjoy my performance! i enjoy alot during da concert! haha~ it realy great!
and i get to meet new frens oso! althought im Ex's Ag student! aha! realy a great concert!

during and after concert~ our leader (joshua & samuel) keep wan to tke pic as remembrance hahah! b4 our performance tke pic wf our costume. XD

i start my new meal 2day.. need cary on for 3 days... whch all is juices oni.. no rice & etc... noe wat i drnk for breakfast? beet root, biter gourt, carrot & apple~~
